The Meristem Treasury Linked Investment Portfolio (M-TLIP) is a proprietary holding portfolio through which we meet the needs of investors who wish to invest in Federal Government Treasury instruments but do not have the required NGN50 million capital. Treasury bills are discounted, short-term securities issued by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and guaranteed by the Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN). The product features mirror those of the FGN Treasury bills.
